Author Guidelines

Welcome to Insights in Electrical Electronics Engineering (ISSN: 3066-4446). We are committed to advancing the field of electrical electronics engineering through rigorous research and scholarly discourse. To maintain the highest standards of publication quality and ethical integrity, we have outlined comprehensive guidelines for authors submitting their manuscripts to our journal.

Cover Letter

Include a cover letter with your submission, addressing the following points:

  • A statement that the manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • A declaration of any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Suggested reviewers (optional) and exclusions (if any).
  • Any other relevant information for the editor's consideration.

1. Manuscript Preparation

2. Title Page

  • Title: Center the title of the manuscript, using title case (capitalize the first letter of each major word).
  • Author Information: List full names of all authors, their affiliations, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their complete contact details.

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of no more than 250 words, including sections for objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords below the abstract to aid in indexing and searchability.

4. Main Text

  • Headings: Use clear, hierarchical headings (e.g., Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) to organize the manuscript.
  • Subheadings: If necessary, use subheadings to further organize sections.
  • Abbreviations: Define all abbreviations upon first use in the text, even if they are commonly known.

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures: Provide high-quality, editable figures in standard file formats (e.g., TIFF, JPEG, PNG). Ensure figures are numbered consecutively and cited in the text.
  • Tables: Use tables to present data clearly. Number tables consecutively in the order they appear in the text. Include a title and footnotes (if applicable) for each table.

6. Equations

  • Equations: Number equations consecutively throughout the manuscript in parentheses, aligned to the right margin if possible.

7. References

  • Citation Style: Use IEEE style for references. References should be numbered sequentially in the order they are first cited in the text.
  • Reference List: List all references at the end of the manuscript in numerical order. Ensure all references are complete, including author names, article titles, journal names (abbreviated according to standard practices), volume, issue (if applicable), page numbers, and DOI (if available).

8. Ethical Considerations

  • Ethical Approval: Provide details of ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.
  • Plagiarism: Ensure all content is original and properly cited. Plagiarism in any form will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.

9. Peer Review Process

  • All submitted manuscripts are subject to rigorous peer review to ensure high-quality scholarly contributions.

10. Supplementary Materials

  • Supplementary Files: Authors may submit supplementary materials (e.g., datasets, videos, additional figures) to enhance the understanding and reproducibility of the research. For guidance on formatting supplementary files, authors can refer to the Supplementary Files Template provided on our journal's website.

11. Submission

  • Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Follow the submission guidelines carefully and ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly.
  • Email Attachment: Alternatively, authors may submit manuscripts as email attachments to the invitation email. Ensure all required documents are included in the email submission.

12. Article Processing Charges

All the articles available in our database can be freely accessed by the readers for reading and downloading. We offer open access to all scholars, readers, and our community members. We do not sell subscriptions to any readers. We have a nominal Article Processing Charge to cover the entire range of services we offer. This charge helps us to take care of the provision of tools required by the editors, linking indexing services, hosting and production. Article Processing Charges are applied to turn a raw manuscript into a finely written published article. The submission does not involve any charges. Article Processing Charges are taken when the manuscript is finally accepted for publication in the respective journal. The article processing charge for the journal is $1500.

13. Contact Information

  • For queries related to manuscript submission, review process, or publication policies, contact the editorial office.
