Withdrawal Policy

Welcome to Lanash Science Inc.'s Withdrawal Policies page. This page outlines the procedures and guidelines regarding the withdrawal of articles from our publication platform.

1. Withdrawal Requests: Authors may request to withdraw their submitted articles from consideration for publication at any stage of the review process. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing and sent with the following details:

  • Title of the article
  • Author(s) name(s)
  • Reason for withdrawal

2. Withdrawal Process: Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, our editorial team will review the request and process it accordingly. Please note the following:

  • If the article has not yet been peer-reviewed, the withdrawal request will typically be processed promptly.
  • If the article has already undergone peer review or has been accepted for publication, the withdrawal request will be evaluated based on the stage of the publication process and the reason provided.
  • Withdrawal requests made after the article has been published online will not be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances.

3. Publication Fees: Authors are responsible for any article processing charges (APCs) incurred up to the point of withdrawal. APCs are non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of exceptional circumstances or errors on our part.

4. Impact of Withdrawal: Withdrawal of an article from consideration or publication may have implications for co-authors, reviewers, and the journal's editorial process. Authors are encouraged to consider the potential consequences before submitting a withdrawal request.
